While our group classes address the fitness goals of many, you may have old or existing injuries/limitations or specific goals that can be more precisely tackled through one-on-one personal training. Let us work with you to give you a boost, educate you on training safely and show you how to target specific skills or muscle groups.
In addition to traditional strength and endurance training, we also offer one-on-one instruction for yoga, boxing as well as sport specific sessions for performance athletes. These sessions will be designed specifically for you, addressing your own unique goals as well as strengths and weakness.
