If your membership is frozen or cancelled you will need to purchase a new membership. There are 2 options:

On completion of the above steps, we will clear your account to book classes on the MindBody app. This is a manual step so please give us 24 hours from the completion of both steps to activate your account. You will receive an email once activated.

The Partners Gym training method is designed for individuals looking to improve their healthspan and lifespan through fitness. We have combined our knowledge of strength and conditioning concepts with a rigorous review of medical research to answer the burning question:

In order to maximize the health and longevity benefits of fitness what should I do, how often should I do it and at what intensity?


Our schedule flows intelligently from one day to the next such that a minimum of 12 training sessions per month is needed to reap its benefits. We meticulously combine muscle building strength sessions, HIIT concepts and endurance work on separate training days to give you the most effective dose of the best health promoting drug known to man. 

Our training sessions come in 3 flavors:

GRIND (48% of PG Training Method)
Intense Strength and Conditioning session. Maximizing workload with a mix of resistance training and conditioning is our goal for this session. GRIND is an efficient training strategy that creates a high level of general fitness while delivering all the health benefits of exercise.
BUILD (45% of PG Training Method)
Muscle development session utilizing bodybuilding concepts. Muscle mass is protective against many common chronic illnesses and as such highly recommended by 5 out of 5 medical professionals…. and mirrors everywhere.  
VO2 (7% of PG Training Method)
Cardiovascular endurance session that produces a uniquely satisfying training effect on completion. This may not be our most popular offering, however our belief in providing a comprehensive fitness program that optimizes for your lifespan and healthspan is unwavering.
Working at an elevated heart rate for extended periods of time has numerous health and performance benefits such as improved metabolic  health and flexibility (effectiveness at utilizing stored fats), building a robust aerobic base for performance and general cardiovascular health.

Rules and Policies

While the below policies still apply. See our COVID-19 specific policies here


If you cancel your reservation outside the 4-hour window prior to class start time, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the 4-hour window you will forfeit your class credit. Unlimited membership holders will be assessed a cancellation fee of $20 per incidence for any late cancellation or no show. We elect to enforce this charge only for classes that at any point reach full capacity. This limited enforcement is at the discretion of TPG and may change without notice.

We recommend cancelling a reservation using the MindBody app however if one must cancel by phone, you must speak with a TPG team member live; voicemail messages left after the close of business for a morning class will not be honored.


Please arrive at least 5 minutes before each class start time and 15 minutes early for your first class to get acquainted with Partners. If you are running late, please call the studio to let us know. If you are running late and we have not heard from you by the start of class, any wait-listed members or drop-ins who are physically present will take your place in class. The trainer in charge has the discretion to bar late comers from a class if they cannot be incorporated safely and without disruption.


When a wait-listed member is moved into a class, the reservation must be accepted or they risk having their spot assigned to the next member in line. Reservations can be accepted from the MindBody app or by responding to a text message received after promotion.


For safety reasons as well as to ensure the best class experience for all participants, advanced classes require prior approval of the class instructor before online registration is permitted. Advanced classes are designated “Advanced” on the TPG schedule


For safety reason, children are not allowed on the main studio floor during classes. Children must stay in designated play areas. If an unsupervised child is unable to stay in the designated play area or become otherwise disruptive, the parent will be asked to address the situation. Outside class periods, children under 16 years of age must remain under close supervision while in the main studio floor.

Members must schedule childcare at the front desk or by phone. All children under 16 years of age, and under the supervision of a TPG staff member are assessed the prevailing childcare rate whether or not a childcare appointment was scheduled.


While group training is in session, only participating members are allowed on the main studio floor. Anyone not participating in the group session may only use rowers, treadmill or skiergs with the explicit approval of a TPG trainer. The group training schedule may change at any time and without notice.


Cancellation and freeze requests must be sent to [email protected], acknowledged and confirmation must be sent for the freeze or cancellation to go into effect. Verbal notices to cancel or freeze are not acceptable.


Please lock your bags and other personal belongings in our locker rooms or cubbies by the front desk. You may borrow a digital lock from the front desk. We are not responsible for lost or missing personal items.


Classes and trainer assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Single classes and 10 class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase. 20 class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

What to expect …

Our signature offerings are the PG Academy Training sessions that come in 3 concentrations; Conditioning, Functional or Strength Training.

These carefully crafted routines can be modified to fit all fitness levels in a way that everyone will feel adequately challenged.

We avoid boring machines you find in “big box gyms”. Instead we have toys that we play with in our big and open space.

Our partners are the best! We understand the environment and composition of a group session is important. We work hard to facilitate a positive, nonjudgmental and supportive climate where all are welcomed and valued.

We hire the best practitioners the region has to offer and unleash their creativity with our schedule. Each class is infused with the unique style and experience of our diverse staff. We have former professional athletes, military, power lifters, fit moms and more. The combination is a menu of options that you simply cannot resist.

We know you do not want to embark on this journey alone. Our staff takes the time to craft a unique and complete fitness experience to be revealed at the start of each class. We will coach and motivate you throughout your session. We are your biggest cheerleaders and are inspired by your results.

The Tools

Friends don’t let friends live on machines alone. At The Partners Gym we offer more than the traditional equipment found at other gyms. We research the best and most innovative tools in the industry and use them in our sessions to make your workouts varied, challenging and outright fun. If traditional machine-bound exercise was such a wonderful idea, more new year’s resolutions and promises to primary care physicians would be kept.

That said, our greatest toy of all is SPACE. Our beautiful, open, main studio has high ceilings and more than enough room to bring traditionally outdoor activities inside.

How do I enroll?
Done you’re already enrolled.

What do I have to do?
Just attend classes, that’s all.  You will be scored on class attendance as well as the variety of classes you attend. We will group all the classes into three categories: Strength, Endurance and Flexibility.  The more classes and more categories you take in a week, the more points you earn.

I know what a week is, but what do you call a week?
A week is indeed seven days, however it runs Monday thru Sunday.  Every Monday your weekly counters will reset.

How are classes categorized?
Strength: Cross Training, Core, Power, Body Sculpt, Power Ride, CrissFit
Endurance: Spin, Power Ride, Boxing, Zumba, CrissFit, Step & Sculpt and JabFit
Flexibility: Yoga and Core

Wait, how can one class be in two categories?
Core, PowerRide and CrissFit are fusion classes that combine significant portions of the different dimensions of fitness.  For these fusion classes, you’ll still get just one point but it will count for whichever applicable category you need to maximize your weekly point total.

What are the rules for scoring?
Class attendance …………………….. 1 pt each
4th class in a week ………………….. 1 bonus pt
5th or more class in a week …….. 2 bonus pts
2 class categories in a week …….. 3 bonus pts
3 class categories in a week …….. 6 bonus pts
No show …………………………………. -1 pt each

What can I do with these points?
At the end of each week we will tally up all the points and determine a the winner for the week. At the end of the 30 days we will determine an overall winner for the contest as well as award the consolations prizes. All points earned can be redeemed for FREE smoothies at the rate of 20pts per smoothie.

Hold up, what’s the deal with the penalty?
It’s important to register for classes so that you are guaranteed a spot.  It’s just as important to relinquish your reservation if you are unable to attend so that someone else may enjoy the class and earn a point in the process. Failure to unregister in advance leads to the loss of 1 pt.

How do I track my points and see where I stand?
That’s a good question.  So good, we don’t have a complete answer yet. For now, you can simply inquire about your points total at the front desk. Stayed tuned.

SPCA Fundraiser Boot Camp

What is it:

A free boot camp for the local community to benefit those looking to recommit to health and fitness. There will be 5 sessions spread over the course of a week from 1/30 – 2/5. For every person that successfully completes all 5 sessions, The Partners Gym will make a $50 donation to the SPCA of Westchester.

What to expect:

A series of fun filled yet challenging classes aimed at jump starting your renewed commitment to fitness. The sessions will combine Cross Training, Stretching and Spin. We will conclude the boot camp with a nutritional seminar and award ceremony (both open to the public).

How to Qualify:

Due to limited space, applicants will be selected based on their commitment to the program and their personal health. To apply, please submit the form below or give us a call.
